Launching the Add-On

To use FileViewer Pro in Google Sheets, follow these steps to launch the add-on and access its features.

Steps to Launch the Add-On#

1. Open a Google Sheet:

   • Navigate to your Google Drive or directly open a new or existing Google Sheet.

2. Access the Extensions Menu:

   • On the top menu bar of your Google Sheet, locate and click on:
     • Extensions.

3. Find FileViewer Pro:

   • From the dropdown menu, hover over FileViewer Pro to see available options.

4. Start the Add-On:

   • Click on Start to launch the add-on.

5. Modal Window Appears:

   • After launching, a modal window will appear, providing options to navigate through cells containing link to access files.
   • This modal is your control panel for using FileViewer Pro’s features to open and view files directly in the sheet.

First-Time Setup Notes#

• If this is your first time using FileViewer Pro, you may be prompted to grant permissions. Follow the steps provided to allow the add-on to access your Google Drive and other required resources.
• Ensure that the add-on is installed from the Google Workspace Marketplace before attempting to launch it.

Now that the add-on is launched and the modal is open, you’re ready to start viewing files!
